Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Line Operator to manage and maintain a plastic extrusion line on a 12-hour or 8-hour shift, with overtime and weekend as required. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity.

You will follow standard operating procedures, perform line tooling changes, troubleshoot issues, and complete production paperwork while contributing to continuous improvement and meeting customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing machine operation or extrusion is preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plastic extrusion line to meet quality specs.
• Lead line tooling changes, start-ups and shutdowns.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and PPE usage.
• Complete shift production and reporting paperwork.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
