Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Pelletizing Line Operator to support daily production on our pelletizing line. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while working 40+ hours with varying shifts.

You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, operate forklifts, and perform preventive maintenance as needed. You should be self-motivated, able to read and write clearly, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating heavy machinery (forklifts) is preferred.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Pelletizing line safely and efficiently.
• Follow PPE requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete shift production reporting and paperwork.
• Immediately communicate unsafe conditions to Production Supervisor.
• Meet ADS quality specifications for all products produced.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program as required.
• Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems and perform repairs.
• Perform tooling changeovers efficiently and maintain housekeeping.
