Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or similar CNC machinery.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in sheet metal, food processing, or sanitary manufacturing industries preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete jobs accurately.
• Select and install tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision alignment.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Perform rework or fitting adjustments on pieces that fail inspection.
• Handle and move materials safely, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
