Job summary

ProMach is hiring a Press Assistant to support setup, operation, changeovers, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You’ll work with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste.

The role is part of a 24/7 operation with a starting pay of $17.00/hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a schedule that avoids swing shifts. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.
• Basic color differentiation and measurement reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Press Operator with setup, operation and changeovers to minimize waste.
• Prepare for jobs by staging ink, plates, cores and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP and safety requirements.
• Support routine press maintenance and coordinate daily tasks with the Operator.
