ProMach is hiring a Press Assistant for its 24/7 flexographic printing operation in Wisconsin. You will support setup, operation, and maintenance of presses, working closely with the Press Operator to ensure safe, efficient production with minimal waste. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Day shift runs 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Wednesday, every other Sunday; no swing shifts. We train you—no prior experience required—and offer comprehensive benefits and a team-focused

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to differentiate colors.
• Read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.
• Basic math skills (add/sub/mult/div).

Responsabilités

• Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime.
• Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials.
• Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed.
• Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area.
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirements.
• Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows.
• Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations.
