Pitney Bowes Presort Services is hiring a Presort Associate 1 in Omaha, NE to support mail sorting operations. The role trains on preparing outgoing mail, verifying dates, postage, and barcodes, and maintaining quality before dispatch.

You will help troubleshoot jams, monitor equipment, and ensure adherence to SLAs while lifting up to 50 lbs and working overtime as needed. A dependable, organized, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing permit and metered mail with correct date, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and recognize bad barcodes on mail or packages.
• Troubleshoot and clear mail piece jams from machines.
• Monitor mail quality before processing and dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels and preparation requirements for sorting.
• Ensure sorter and related equipment run properly.
• Assist with inbound and outbound mail/package processing.
