• Identify and communicate errors and bad barcodes found in mail or packages.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machines.
• Monitor mail quality prior to processing and before dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels and sorter operations.
• Follow quality management requirements to ensure output quality.
• Assist with inbound and outbound mail processing.
• Meet SLA deadlines and keep work area safe.
