Job summary

Pitney Bowes in Hartford, CT is hiring for a Presort Associate 2 on the first shift in our Hartford facility. Earn $18.48 per hour as a direct hire, full-time role with training and growth opportunities.

You will learn to prepare outgoing permit and metered mail, review postage and barcodes, troubleshoot jams, monitor quality, and ensure mail is ready for dispatch while meeting SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail with correct date, postage and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and fix bad barcodes found in mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and clear mail piece jams from equipment.
• Monitor mail quality prior to processing and dispatch.
• Assist with inbound/outbound processing and ensure SLA readiness.
