Pitney Bowes is hiring for a Presort Associate 1 in our Orlando, FL facility. The role pays $17.00 per hour and is full-time with first shift operations. You will be trained to prepare mail, review postage, monitor barcode quality, and ensure outputs meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting jams, managing USPS label requirements, and supporting inbound/outbound mail processing. Overtime and weekend work may be required; a strong team player with reliable work ethic is

Qualifications

• Dependable and reliable; able to work overtime.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk, stand, stoop and bend frequently; 80% of job.
• Basic English to understand safety and operating directions.
• Overtime may be required on weekends/holidays.
• Current Pitney Bowes experience as a Warehouse Mail Sorter is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare outgoing permit and metered mail with correct date, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and identify bad barcodes in mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and clear mail piece jams from machines.
• Monitor quality before processing and before dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels, bin numbers, and tray numbers.
• Ensure equipment runs properly and assist inbound/outbound processing.
• Adhere to SLAs and maintain a clean work area.
