Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail with correct date, postage, and barcodes
• Communicate errors and detect bad barcodes
• Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams
• Monitor mail quality before processing and dispatch
• Understand USPS labels, zip codes, and tray/bin matching
• Ensure equipment runs properly and meet SLAs
• Assist with inbound/outbound processing of mail/packages
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
