The role requires a proven leadership track, strong budgeting and strategic planning skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while navigating contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in water treatment/multi-unit ops
- Strong budgeting, financial controls and analysis experience
- Client services orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in MS Office; ServiceTitan a plus
- Ability to lead through managers and ensure regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in water treatment services
- Manage customer and community relationships; ensure high service levels
- Develop and lead a management team to carry out organizational objectives
- Recommend methods and resources for service/installation improvements and growth
- Manage a budget, design improvements to optimize financial performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes
