Qualifications

18–25+ years of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related industries.
Demonstrated success leading multi‑district or multi‑market organizations.
Proven P&L leadership and strategic growth execution.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and market insight.
CWT designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute regional growth strategy aligned with National objectives.
Own regional P&L performance, margin improvement, and revenue quality.
Lead, mentor, and develop District Managers and senior leaders.
Maintain executive‑level relationships with key regional clients and partners.
Oversee regional integration activities during acquisitions and align teams to company standards.
