Job summary

Roof and Realm is seeking a dynamic President to lead our Walnut Creek corporate office. This hands-on, on-site role drives strategy, financial performance, and operational execution across Stack Construct and MCI units.

You will mentor the executive team, shape growth initiatives, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead company-wide strategy and financial performance.
• Experience managing multiple entities and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with customers, partners, and investors.
• Track record in growth and profitability in construction/modular housing.
