Bay Area Property Services (BAPS), an Associa company, seeks a Branch President to lead Walnut Creek operations, set strategic direction, and drive growth while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will oversee revenue, budgets, and performance, inspiring a high-performing team and strengthening relationships with boards and partners.

You will champion accountability, growth, and service excellence across the branch, shaping the next chapter of success in the Bay Area community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in community association management, property management, hospitality, or another complex service-based industry.
• Demonstrated success leading business operations, managing budgets, improving profitability, and driving revenue growth.
• Proven ability to develop talented leaders, build strong teams, and create a culture of performance and accountability.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with business planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
• Experience in building meaningful client relationships and supporting client retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Walnut Creek branch and drive operational excellence and growth.
