Job summary

ALLBRiGHT 1-800-PAINTING in the LA area seeks a President to lead the business, own performance, and partner with the founder on vision and long‑term direction.

You will guide strategy, grow revenue from $14M to $20M in two years with double‑digit net margins, build leadership and systems, and ensure safe, high‑quality service across Santa Clarita, the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles and Ventura County.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record leading a business with financial responsibility, teams, and execution.
• Experience improving profitability, managing budgets, and using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to develop leaders, set clear expectations, and address performance issues.
• Experience building systems and staffing capacity to support growth without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort with technology, AI and automation; familiarity with home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define company strategy and execution; turn vision into clear priorities and scorecards.
• Own profit and loss, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and pricing discipline.
• Lead and develop 85+ people across leadership roles; clarify decision rights.
• Build consistent systems for estimating, scheduling, staffing, and project delivery.
• Mentor junior leaders and uphold performance standards.
• Partner with founder on long-term direction and growth.
