Job summary

Let’s Pave is seeking a General Manager for the Exterior Commercial Let’s Paint division to own the launch, growth, and daily operations. You will oversee project execution, grow a national subcontractor network, and drive profitable growth while maintaining compliance with laws and company policies.

You will manage a full P&L, set strategic direction, and report on KPIs/OKRs, with a typical hybrid schedule and travel up to 35%, as the company expands across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of work experience and education.
• Experience leading a painting or exterior services operation is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational rollout and ongoing development of the exterior commercial painting division.
• Develop processes, SOPs, standards, and best practices for scalable growth.
• Own P&L for the Let’s Paint business unit and drive financial performance.
• Set strategic direction and lead business planning efforts.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs and OKRs for the division.
• Hire, train, and lead Let’s Paint personnel and subcontractors.
