Job summary

Let’s Pave, LLC. is seeking a General Manager to lead the exterior commercial Let’s Paint division, owning operations, growth, and day-to-day activities.

You will build a scalable subcontractor network, oversee project management, and drive profitable growth while upholding industry best practices and compliance. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage P&L for the Let’s Paint unit, with a typical 40+ hour workweek and up to 35% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of work experience and education.
• Experience in commercial painting, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks.
• Strong estimating, job costing, gross margin management.
• Experience leading project managers, field teams, or other operational personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational rollout and ongoing development of the exterior commercial painting division.
• Develop and implement processes, SOPs, standards, and best practices for scalable national growth.
• Complete P&L responsibility for the Let’s Paint business unit.
• Set and amend strategic direction while leading business planning.
• Develop, track, and report divisional KPIs and OKRs.
• Hire, train, guide, direct, review, and hold Let’s Paint personnel accountable.
