Job summary

US National Corp is seeking a motivated marketing professional to grow our painting business in the Los Angeles area and beyond. You will own strategy to execution across digital marketing, local advertising, and lead generation to drive qualified painting leads and estimate requests.

You will manage campaigns, optimize Google Ads, local SEO, and social media, while coordinating content, client testimonials, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably with home services, contractors, construction, or painting companies.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and social media advertising.
• Experience generating leads for local service businesses.
• Ability to create engaging marketing content and basic graphics or videos.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking, and lead management.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Develop and manage marketing campaigns that generate qualified painting leads and estimate requests.
• Google Ads & Local Marketing: Manage Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and local search visibility to attract customers in our service areas.
• Social Media Management: Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Website & SEO: Improve website performance, local SEO, service pages, and conversion rates.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Content Creation: Coordinate before-and-after project photos, videos, customer testimonials, and promotional materials.
• Lead Tracking: Track calls, website inquiries, cost per lead, booked estimates, and marketing-generated sales.
• Reputation Management: Help generate customer reviews and maintain a strong online reputation.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Develop seasonal campaigns for interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, commercial projects, and other services.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, advertising spend, lead quality, and results.
