Qualifications

• Experience operating in retained executive search environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic retained executive search engagements.
• Advise clients on executive talent, succession planning, and organizational needs.
• Maintain and measure exceptional client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
• Ensure high‑quality search execution across assignments.
• Partner with the Founder and Advisory Board on growth initiatives.
• Support recruiting, mentoring, and developing future partners.
