Babilou Family US in Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Teacher to lead developmentally appropriate curriculum and nurture a safe, sustainable learning environment for children 0-5.

You will supervise daily activities, model sustainable education, and collaborate with families and staff to support children’s curiosity, confidence, and wellbeing. The role runs year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with strong emphasis on teamwork and professional growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active teaching certification as required by state licensing.
• Experience teaching young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development, curriculum design, and classroom safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Classroom Leadership and Sustainable Education: design daily lesson plans and lead routines that promote environmental responsibility and high-quality instruction.
• Child Supervision and Development: supervise children during activities and meals, document progress, and report concerns as needed.
• Family Engagement: build strong relationships with families and lead conferences and community activities.
• Professional Development and Team Collaboration: pursue certifications, train staff, and support continuous improvement.
