Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking a Certified Teacher to lead sustainable, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 0-5. You will design curriculum, guide the teaching team, and partner with families to support holistic development throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Fully credentialed as required by state licensing and able to supervise classroom operations.
• Experience designing developmentally appropriate curricula with sustainability in mind.
• Ability to mentor support staff and lead classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.
• Lead classroom organization and routines that promote environmental responsibility and stewardship.
• Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children during activities and engage families through regular communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum implementation and sustainability initiatives.
