Babilou Family US is seeking a Certified Teacher to lead safe, nurturing classrooms and design high-quality curriculum for children aged 0-5. You will guide the teaching team, model sustainable education practices, and foster partnerships with families and colleagues.

Position emphasizes developmentally appropriate practice, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement through professional development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active teaching certification as required by state licensing.
• Experience teaching young children in childcare or educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.
• Lead classroom organization and routines promoting environmental responsibility and mindful material use.
• Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor learning; follow safety protocols.
• Engage families with professional, sustainability-minded communication; participate in conferences and events.
• Coach and support assistants in instructional practices and classroom routines.
