Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 45-hour training required
• National CDA credential or state CDA preferred
• Background checks and regulatory compliance required

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Follow daily schedule and approved lesson plans
• Co-facilitate groups and engage children throughout the day
• Input daily observations into TS Gold and tailor activities
• Maintain health checks and uphold safety and sanitation standards
