Job summary

ECS4Kids is seeking a Primary Caregiver to support young learners in a warm, nurturing setting across language, cognitive, social, and physical development. You’ll implement developmentally appropriate curricula, use Teaching Strategies Cloud, and follow daily schedules to ensure fidelity to approved curricula.

You will work with families to build strong partnerships, conduct daily health checks, and maintain safety, sanitation, and documentation in line with Head Start standards and ECS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with CDA credential or FCCPC.
• Associate degree with infant/toddler emphasis or related credential.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant child development coursework.
• Advanced degree in child development or ECE with related credits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate educational program.
• Use approved curricula and materials to promote growth across domains.
• Follow daily schedules and balance teacher- and child-directed activities.
• Maintain a warm, nurturing classroom environment and positive guidance.
• Collaborate with families and attend to health and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start and applicable standards.
