Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities under the supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment and assist with Cadence Education programs to meet children’s developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant.
• Prior childcare or early childhood experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive classroom environment with care and respect for each child.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist with implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or incidents per policy.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and scheduled professional development.
