Cadence Education in the United States seeks a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities under the direction of the School Director. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing environment while assisting in implementing Cadence Education programs and accommodating children’s diverse needs, per IEPs and licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, but not required if licensing is met.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.
• Prior early childhood or classroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment for all children.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families using Cadence-approved tools.
• Document incidents and follow safety and supervision policies.
