Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs, including those with IEPs.

You will maintain routines, support curriculum delivery, and foster strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment and establish professional relationships with children and families.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
