The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead children aged 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children, such as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny, and enjoys working with children. No soccer experience is necessary!

New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week. Starting pay is $25 per hour, with potential promotion to supervising coach at $45 per hour. Quarterly bonuses are also offered on top of the hourly rate.

Our Coaches focus on individual attention to ensure each child’s success, use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free, and employ positive reinforcement to encourage and celebrate children's achievements. Coaches are open-minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement through regular training and adherence to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
