The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead children ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny) and enjoys working with children. No soccer experience is needed!

Location: Redmond, WA

Schedule: Saturdays from 9 am to noon weekly. Additional shifts available if interested.

Starting pay: $25 per hour.

Responsibilities and Approach:

• Providing individual attention to ensure every child’s success.
• Using a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free.
• Applying positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate successes.
• Being open-minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement through regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
