The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead children aged 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny) and enjoys working with children. No soccer experience is necessary!

New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week. Starting pay is $25 per hour, with promotion to supervising coach increasing pay to $45 per hour. Quarterly bonuses are offered on top of the hourly rate.

Our Coaches focus on individual attention to ensure every child's success, use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free, and employ positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their successes. Coaches are open-minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement through regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
