Clinical Health Coach

This opportunity is set to begin part time (15-20 hours/week) with the intention to ramp up to 40 hours/week. Flexible schedule!

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Clinical Health Coach to manage programs for a member panel dealing with musculoskeletal pain, sleep, digestive, mental health, cancer survivorship, and weight and diabetes management issues. The goal is to help members achieve better health outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with the research team for trial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage health programs aimed at improving results for members with various health challenges.
• Collaborate with the research team to explore trial opportunities.
• Utilize coaching certification to guide members through clinical research and development processes.

Licenses/Certifications

• NBC-HWC Coaching Certification is a plus
• RD, CDCES, RCEP, PTA is a plus

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Health Science - exercise science, exercise physiology, nutrition/dietetics, nursing, physical therapy, athletic training, physician assistant, psychology
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience
• 1+ year coaching experience (telehealth ideal)
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Spanish or French speaking is advantageous

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
