Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support preschoolers (ages 3-5) across multiple sites. You will partner with another SLP on site and deliver individualized and group OT services focused on developing essential early education skills.

Start as soon as possible, with a long-term contract through June 17, 2026, and potential for continued opportunities. Travel between sites is required; enrollment includes healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifications

• Valid state OT licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience or interest in working with preschool children (3–5 years).
• School-based therapy background, preferably in early childhood settings.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple sites.
• Strong communication and teamwork with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to preschool students individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with another SLP, teachers, and support staff to support progress.
• Evaluate and document student needs, goals, and progress per educational guidelines.
• Adapt strategies to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed.
