Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support elementary students at two school sites near Loveland, Colorado. You will manage a caseload of about 45 students, delivering direct OT services and collaborating with teachers to embed goals into classroom routines.

The role is full-time with a possible four-day workweek, involves travel between campuses, and offers a meaningful opportunity to impact student independence and participation in school activities.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado OT license.
• Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred.
• Proficient in developing and implementing IEP goals.
• Strong communication with staff, students and families.
• Ability to manage services across multiple campuses.
• Full-time role with potential four-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver direct OT services to ~45 elementary students.
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to integrate goals into routines.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input on goals and progress.
• Travel between two school sites to provide services.
