ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services across multiple sites near Chula Vista, CA. This full-time contract supports students’ educational progress and daily success for the remainder of the academic year.

Ideal candidates hold a CA OT license and have experience in schools, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Travel between campuses is required, and immediate interview opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license (OT) is required.
• Experience in a school environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple campuses.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess student needs and develop customized intervention plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual or small groups.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families.
• Document treatment goals, progress, and educational compliance.
• Support teacher and staff training when needed.
• Travel between assigned school sites as scheduled.
