Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted, full-time Occupational Therapist to support an Early Intervention program near Albany, Oregon. You will provide school-based OT services for birth-to-five populations, traveling to multiple sites throughout the school year.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary evaluation team, develop individualized therapy plans with families, and maintain accurate documentation while working across diverse early childhood settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and eligibility for employment in a school setting.
• Experience with early intervention, preschool, or pediatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary evaluation team.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in multiple locations within the programs service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and evaluations for birth to five in early intervention settings.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in partnership with families and team members.
• Travel to different sites as needed to provide direct services and support.
• Participate actively in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation according to program standards.
