Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support early learners in a school setting. This maternity-leave contract runs from December 1 through March 24, with a four-day workweek of 7.5 hours per day, onsite at the school.

The role focuses on evaluations, reports, and collaboration with families and staff to support developmental milestones. Ideal candidates hold the SC LLR Occupational Therapy credential and have experience in pediatric or school-based settings, with strong assessment

Qualifications

• SC LLR Occupational Therapy credential required to begin work.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred.
• Skilled at conducting assessments and delivering written reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
• In-person work throughout contract period with consistent onsite presence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Early Learning Assessment Team.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for preschool-aged students.
• Prepare and submit evaluation reports to guide student support strategies.
• Interact with students, families, and educational staff to foster a positive learning environment.
• Adhere to best practices in pediatric occupational therapy within a school setting.
