Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 year to work on-site with elementary students in New Mexico. The role offers a flexible schedule with full- or part-time hours and a four-day workweek, promoting balance while delivering meaningful therapy.

You will assess and plan interventions, document outcomes, and collaborate with teachers, families, and district staff to support IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Active NM state license required by start date.
• Eligibility for NMPED licensure acceptable during application.
• Prior school-based OT experience preferred, especially elementary level.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions to elementary students.
• Maintain clear documentation in coordination with school staff and families.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs and IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development.
