ReNEW Schools is seeking a Diagnostic Team Assistant to provide administrative and family-support services for preschool evaluations. You will coordinate communication, collect documents, schedule appointments, and support the diagnostic team with daily tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with families, educators, and professional staff. This part-time role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaborative work with the Diagnostician team.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of college (60 credit hours) or an Associate degree, or a high school diploma with ParaPro test passing (460).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with assistive equipment if needed.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrative point of contact for families throughout the evaluation process.
• Communicate with families by phone, email, and other methods to provide information and next steps.
• Collect, organize, and track documents and forms for preschool evaluations.
• Follow up with families regarding missing or incomplete paperwork.
• Schedule evaluation appointments, parent meetings, and team meetings.
• Coordinate calendars and schedules among families and diagnostic team members.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and relevant information to families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
