Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help oversee the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the growth of every child. You will work with the School Director to ensure a nurturing, educational environment.

In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and lead a team of dedicated staff, focusing on safety, compliance, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
• Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $25.48 - $26.47 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
