Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help ensure the safe, effective operation of the school, in partnership with the School Director.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility for the school and supports the growth of children’s social, physical, and intellectual development. The role emphasizes accountability, safety, and a positive image of the company, along with team leadership and staff recruitment to maintain quality care for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $21.46 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
