Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales System Engineer (Internship) to work with our NYC Engineering Team in the Northeast region. You will assist with radio system design, frequency planning, and proposal development under the guidance of senior engineers, while gaining hands-on experience across pre-sales activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and product teams, coordinating with customers to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation date on or after December 2027.
• CCNA and/or CompTIA certifications desirable.
• Experience with customers and knowledge of radio/telecom concepts desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior system engineers with pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and project management to craft technical strategies.
• Consult with customers to determine requirements and design solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals to customers.
• Support coverage planning, antenna design, and frequency planning during projects.
