Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solution Engineer to design, demonstrate, and validate Modern Workplace and collaboration solutions. You will bridge customer needs with scalable architectures, leading discovery, architecture recommendations, and demos across multiple partners.

You will maintain demo environments, scripts, and talks, while supporting sales cycles and crafting technical collateral for proposals and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of presales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.

Responsibilities

• Design data center and collaboration solutions during customer engagements.
• Lead technical discovery and provide solution scoping and validation.
• Deliver demonstrations and compelling technical talks to diverse audiences.
• Support sales teams with technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with partner teams to validate designs and best practices.
