Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with sales to design, position, and demonstrate Modern Workplace and collaboration solutions.

You will lead discovery, create architecture recommendations, and deliver product demonstrations while supporting the sales cycle with technical validation and collateral. You will maintain partner certifications, build demo environments, and articulate capabilities across multiple partners to align with customer needs and strategic

Qualifications

• Experience working in complex Data Center sales opportunities.
• Ability to design data center infrastructures including Hybrid cloud and SDDC.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, hypervisors, and automation.
• Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products with customer needs in mind.
• Advanced certifications across multiple partner technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery conversations focused on collaboration and Modern Workplace requirements.
• Perform basic customer solution design for Modern Workplace and Collaboration solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs leveraging collaboration platforms and telephony solutions.
• Support technical validation activities such as fit-gap analysis and solution scoping.
• Deliver customer demonstrations for multiple partners and build demo assets and talk tracks.
• Provide input to technical strategy and team collateral based on customer feedback.
• Assist with technical scoping, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution validation.
