Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to partner with the sales team, guiding prospects through technical evaluations of the Agentic Database and delivering demos that showcase AI-native solutions. You will architect tailored designs for data-scale challenges and drive technical wins.

This customer-facing role requires hands-on experience with OLAP, SQL, and cloud platforms, plus strong communication to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role in data analytics, databases, or cloud infra.
• Strong SQL and OLAP workload optimization experience.
• Ability to distill complex tech for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, demo PhoenixAI capabilities via presentations and PoCs.
• Design PhoenixAI-based solutions to meet data scale, latency, and integration needs.
• Lead PoC design, implementation, and optimization to showcase performance.
• Document evaluations and outcomes to refine processes and inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to align tech talks with business goals.
• Support marketing by delivering webinars, booth staffing, and thought leadership.
