Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect in the United States to guide prospects through technical evaluations of the Agentic Database. You will deliver compelling presentations or demos, architect tailored AI-native solutions, and secure technical wins.

This role blends deep technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to design solutions, lead PoCs, and refine processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Experience with OLAP workloads, query optimization, and data modeling (star/snowflake).
• SQL proficiency.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong communication to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Sales-support experience in technical evaluations and revenue impact.
• Bonus: BI tools (Tableau/Looker) and streaming systems (Kafka/Redpanda).

Responsibilities

• Advocate technically and demonstrate PhoenixAI capabilities via demos/PoCs.
• Design solutions to meet prospect needs and data-scale requirements.
• Lead PoC design, implementation, and optimization.
• Document evaluations with use cases, challenges, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to align roadmaps.
• Support marketing through webinars, conferences, and thought leadership.
