Job Description:

As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will be a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients, serving as the subject matter expert regarding TMM workflows. Working closely with clients and Sales, you will develop effective TMM solutions that meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine what is needed to solve customer problems.

You are:
  • A collaborator who can identify and understand a client’s operational issues.
  • An excellent communicator (both written and oral) capable of recommending, proposing, and presenting complex solutions involving Pitney Bowes Software, USPS integrations, and professional services based on customer requirements.
  • An individual with high ethics, commitment, and self-starting capabilities.
  • Possessing a strong technical background in USPS automation.
  • Bold in pursuing superior, market-leading solutions.
You will:
  • Engage with Sales and senior decision-makers to understand customer objectives, priorities, and challenges.
  • Translate Pitney Bowes offerings into tailored solutions to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions and maintain expertise in all business case elements.
  • Deliver customized pre-sales presentations, product demos, and whiteboard sessions.
  • Lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW).
Your background:
  • At least 2 years of sales and/or USPS technical experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in digital communications.
  • May require up to 30% travel, including overnight stays.
Our Team:

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions supporting over one million businesses, from addressing and postage to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.

Compensation:

The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.

Location:

Remote, within the continental U.S., with up to 30% travel. Location requirements may change based on business needs.
