As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will be a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients, serving as the subject matter expert regarding TMM workflows. Working closely with clients and Sales, you will develop effective TMM solutions that meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine what is needed to solve customer problems.

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions supporting over one million businesses, from addressing and postage to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.
The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.
Remote, within the continental U.S., with up to 30% travel. Location requirements may change based on business needs.
