Job Description:

As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will serve as a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients, specializing in TMM workflows. Working closely with clients and Sales, you will develop effective TMM solutions that align with customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to identify solutions that address customer problems.

You are:

  • Collaborative, capable of discovering and understanding a client’s operational issues.
  • An excellent communicator (both written and oral) who can recommend, propose, and present complex solutions involving Pitney Bowes Software, USPS integrations, and professional services based on client requirements.
  • Ethical, committed, and a self-starter.
  • Possessing a strong technical background in USPS automation.
  • Bold in the pursuit of market-leading solutions.

You will:

  • Engage with Sales and senior decision-makers to understand client objectives, priorities, and challenges.
  • Translate Pitney Bowes offerings into tailored solutions ensuring client success now and in the future.
  • Work with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions and maintain expertise in all business case elements.
  • Deliver customized pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions.
  • Lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW).

Your background:

  • At least 2 years of sales and/or client-facing USPS technical experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in digital communications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays.

Our Team:

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions supporting over one million businesses, from addressing and postage to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.

Compensation:

The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.

Location:

Remote, within the continental U.S., with up to 30% travel required. Location requirements may change based on business needs.
