Whole Foods Market in Seattle is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Leader to supervise team Members, oversee day-to-day department flow, and ensure engaging displays of prepared foods, coffee, and juice. You will support the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader to maintain high standards, train staff, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Experience in Prepared Foods department.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Works with Prepared Foods Trainer to train Team Members in a high-performance team.
• Assists in training of new Team Members, using learning checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to leadership.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and assist as needed.
• Trains, develops, mentors, counsels Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
