Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures new and ongoing store and team training programs are delivered and completed.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders and Store Trainer to schedule New Member training during first four shifts.
• Trains Team Members on customer service standards, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
• Maintains accurate training records using Whole Foods Market’s learning systems.
• Trains Team Members on new products, their differentiation, sales tactics, and department placement.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
