Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Prepared Foods Team Member Supervisor to support scheduling, training, and the daily flow of the department. You will help maintain compelling Prepared Foods, coffee, and juice displays and assist in leading the Prepared Foods Team to deliver excellent service.

You will train and mentor Team Members, ensure proper stock levels, safety, and adherence to SOPs while fostering a positive work environment and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Train Team Members with trainer materials to build a high‑performing team.
• Assist in training of new Team Members using checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Communicates team concerns to leadership.
• Maintains high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment with teamwork and morale.
